I want to bake the chicken wing sections in the oven, but I do not want to slab some barbeque sauce on them like any other time. Does anyone know a recipe that I can try to make them taste good. It can be a sauce that I need to put over them or whatever. I am also willing to try new things and different kinds of food from all over the world. I do like spicy stuff to. Let me know any ideas at all that you have.
I was thinking about marinating some boneless chicken breasts in Italian dressing or Goya Mojo marinade. Someone told me to pour all the chicken plus the marinade I used to marinade it into my baking pan in order to bake it. Is this ok? and how do some of you use italian dressing or Mojo Marinated to bake chicken and still be moist?
How many calories would there be in chicken stir fry with mostly vegetables and no rice or noodles and some sauce?
I’m cooking this for supper to feed 4 people & I think I need to cook something to go with it. Any suggestions?
I made a homemade deep dish chicken pot pie and was dismayed to find that although the filling was moist and flavorful, there really wasn’t any gravy left between the pie shells. I used a deep dish pie pan with a layer of pie crust on both the top and bottom. I was cautious not to over fill the pie plate with the filling mixture, however, I did ladle extra gravy on top. Any thoughts on how to avoid significant boil over while baking would be greatly appreciated.
I live in Wayne County and tomorrow for our lunch at school it says that they are serving chicken stir fry . Would that be healthy for me?

Ok I got garlic, onions, seasoning salt, and garlic salt, with a pineapple glaze and mixed it together in a zip lock bag. I will cook the chicken in a stir fray pan but I was wondering if I can cook the chicken with the marinade?
