My ingredients were Worcestershire sauce, crush garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and McCormick grill mates chicken seasoning. Am I missing anything else that would make it taste better this is my first time marinating.

I did my first crockpot roasted chicken and it came out super juicy. The taste was kinda bland. I placed some lemons inside the cavity. Rubbed the chicken with butter and garlic. I added salt and pepper.
Any suggestions as to what to add next time I cook another chicken roasted chicken?

I’d like to make a delicious chicken fried steak for my husband and I need some ideas. I would really like a great Batter recipe, not a breading. I used to have a terrific recipe for batter but I cannot find it anywhere. I know it was made from combining flour, salt, egg, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a couple of other ingredients but I can’t recall what they were, and since I’m not a real experienced cook, I really need a recipe with measurements – I’m not good enough to wing it. Italian seasoning and garlic are definitely the seasonings that my husband loves so I’d like to stick with those. I would be so grateful to anyone who would help me put this together – I’m really trying to become a better cook and am pretty good at following a recipe, but I just don’t have the skill yet to know how to cook without one. Any tips or tricks to making a good chicken fried steak with batter would be also appreciated. Thanks so much!

I am truly addicted to Chinese food and eat it at least twice a week and sometimes as much as four times. Generally I eat something like Chicken with Garlic Sauce or Hunan Chicken, and I order it heavy on vegetables, light on chicken. I never order anything fried like egg rolls or General Tso’s. Am I being relatively healthy by eating this, or am I killing myself slowly with delicious food?

I will be marinating and grilling boneless skinless breasts for a chicken cesar salad. What is a good recipe for the marinade?

I was thinking Lemon Juice, Olive oil, basil, S&P and crushed garlic? But if you have any better suggestions, I am open.

Thanks.

I currently use salt, cayenne pepper, cracked black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and some cumin. Is there anything else I can use?

I’m thinking of sauté-ing onion and garlic adding 400g chopped tomato 200mil coconut simmering for 15 then adding handful of fresh basil an pouring over chopped pan sealed chicken and baking for 35min. Will it taste ok? Does coconut go? Are my cooking times ok? Will serve with roast potatoes carrots and green beans :) Thanks!
