that is one way. You can marinade it longer if you want. when I marinade meat and BBQ it, i save some of the marinade and brush it on the meat while i’m BBQ’ing it. If you buy the Marinade per made at the store it will tell you how to use it on the back. hope this helps some
try to marinate it for as long as possible, overnight is better but 30 min should do.

Sounds like the right way to me. You could even leave it in the marinade longer if you have the time….
Sounds good to me.
I’ve never made chicken on the Foreman before, but if the breasts are too thick, they may become burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. If yours has a temperature guage (mine doesn’t), turn it at a lower temp and make sure the Interntal temp of the chicken is 170. good luck.
you got it, but you may need to microwave after the grill or put in the oven after the grill to ensure the chicked is cooked thoroughly.
It’s best if you cut the chicken into smaller peices. Then, marinate it.
Store bought marinade is probably salty and sugary and loaded with transfat; so I wouldn’t leave it on longer than 30 minutes. Use less than the bottle says.
