I cooked some marinated chicken and about five minutes after I started eating it I got diarrhea and stomach pains. I was pretty sure it was cooked well but now I’m second guessing that. I also have never had that kind of marinade before. Should I be worried about food poisoning this early on?
I think it’s more likely that the marinade had msg in it. If you’re sensitive to that stuff, it make your food go right through. Check the label. If msg is an ingredient, it is always listed in the ingredients.
