    You could either fry it in a pan on your stove at medium heat(covered) but the better way would be to bake it in the oven. Put it on a cookie sheet or something metal and bake it for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into the center of the chicken to make sure it’s cooked (no pink showing)

    just in a skillet would work, you would need a little oil.

    or if you have a grill pan, you could just grill it.

    I’ve pan fried chicken breast halves in the skillet and they took about 10 minutes on each side on medium heat. Use a little oil or butter, and cut the center to make sure it’s white and not pink inside.

    You can pay fry it, and then it will be all dried out and my husband will think it’s great.

    Or you can cut in into thinner pieces, or pound it thin–it will cook much more quickly and stay juicy.
