Yes, and it is delicious. Brown your boneless chicken in olive oil. Add melted butter to the pan, and cover. Simmer on low for about 5 mins. Slice lemoms, and squeeze juice on top of chicken. Toss the lemons onto chicken, and simmer for another 5 mins.
Take your boneless chicken and rinse off, and set aside. Beat 2 egg whites in separate bowl.In another bowl use dried bread crumbs, preferably in the can. Dip the chicken into egg whites, and roll into the bread crumbs.Place onto baking dish, and add melted butter onto each piece of chicken.Bake for 40 mins at 400 degrees.
