I just read the featured article that puts chicken caesar salads among the top ten bad-for-you "healthy" foods. I’ve been eating grilled chicken salads my whole life and never thought them to be unhealthy. Is there anything i could do to change this, such as changing the dressing I use?
Use a light ceasar dressing or use balsamic vinegar.
No, and quite frankly I’ve always found that te more articles I read the more uncertain/paranoid I get.
the creamy dressing is probably bad for you. the vinegarette dressing should be better.
